Northstar Homes has been building homes and satisfying customers for many years. We deal directly with the homeowner, so there is no reason to look any further to satisfy your building needs. We have the capability to build a basic two box ranch, while also having the ability to build a 5,000 square foot custom bed and breakfast. Our floor plans and options are endless. If you see a floor plan that you like, or want to design one yourself (we even get homes drawn on napkins!) we can build it for you. Also, as an added bonus, you will not have to pay for an architect to draw your prints, because the price of your custom prints is included in the base price of your home! Once your custom prints are finalized, we will have them stamped by a third party engineering company so you can submit them to your town for your building permit.

That being said, our standard homes do not cost any less than our custom homes. The philosophy of our family business is that a door, window, toilet, cabinet, shower or any other item for that matter, costs the same, regardless if it is installed in a stock plan, or installed in a plan from you. We have many selections and options for you to choose from, but if for some reason we do not have a special item you would like the following scenario would take place: Example if you see a special faucet by Kohler (or any manufacturer) and for some reason we are unable to get it for you. We will make all the necessary preparations in the factory for it to be installed onsite by your plumber. This will allow you to stay within budget while being able to put any type of flooring, faucets, cabinets, windows, doors and so on in your home without being limited to just what we have to offer.
