You may recall that it was just about a year ago to the day that we spoke about the possibility of Northstar Homes selling me a modular home. I viewed the concept of modular housing as somewhat suspect. While I had done extensive research in the area of this kind of housing, your thorough assistance ultimately helped me build a beautiful home on a pristine, forested property that I own in the northern Catskill Mountains of New York.

Building a home is never easy. many variables can and do surface. in addition, living in New Jersey and serving as one’s own general contractor for a project some 200 miles away only compounded the problem. I want to express my thanks to you for exhibiting great patience and integrity throughout this process. in retrospect, the notion of building (or in this case, erecting) a home in several hours is still incredulous. Yet, three hours after delivery of my home to my prepared site, and as you promised, the house was set and enclosed. By day’s end, the roofing system was completed and in a matter of weeks, the exterior was completely sided. The details associated with this process were many and because you handled each incidence with considerable thought this process evolved smoothly and efficiently.

No project of this magnitude will ever be 100% correct at inception. True to your word, you replied to every telephone call, every email and every fax promptly and courteously. You maintained a special interest in my home despite the other business to which Northstar no doubt is engaged; and you were on site for the delivery and installation of the home. More importantly, you followed up in manufacturing problems (though very few in nature) and you continue to express an interest in my welfare and my satisfaction. you have made periodic telephone calls and continue to offer your services as necessary.

My association with Northstar Homes has been enjoyable, productive and personable. I would be remiss in my obligation as a satisfied customer if I did not minimally provide this unsolicited testimony to you. Northstar Homes certainly has met its obligations beyond the letter of my sales contract and I am pleased to recommend your company as a seller and builder of quality modular housing.
